BIrdless: Lost Things, 2016

"Birdless: Lost Things" was commissioned by CounterCurrent16 for their production of Ten Tiny Dances. It is a five-minute work for two dancers and four video projections. The entire performance takes place on a 4x4 ft stage. "Birdless: Lost Things" was first presented at CounterCurrent16 on April 12th as one of the 10 pieces for Ten Tiny Dances. It was presented again at the Screen Door Festival in Rockport, ME in conjunction with Bay Chamber Concerts in August 2016. Choreography and Video by Anthony Hawley. Performed by Brittany Coudriet and Rebecca Fischer. The piece stems from a larger work in development about hoarding, collecting, spam emails, and memory.
